Esta Ley que daría transparencia a los procesos evaluatorios es permanentemente negada aunque existe. ¿Cuál será el motivo? Hagámonos siempre esta pregunta y hagamosla cumplir, que aunque, como en otros casos, nos digan que traerá problemas, yo estoy persuadido que cumplir con la Ley es positivo.
